(translated) Punctual collection, problem-free entry, good organization, friendly guide, courageous bus driver :-), good communication thanks to earphones and microphones. I would only have liked a little more information about history and daily life (especially the beginning of the Russian Revolution and the Soviet era were practically 'left out'), but a little less about the Tsarist era. Unfortunately, no stop was planned at the Winter Palace.

(translated) Although the tour guide was 15 minutes late, it was a successful day. The friendly management also responded to requests and we saw a lot of the city. There might have been a stroll through the city, but lunch could be canceled. We are all well looked after on the ships.
The boat tour is highly recommended. Great views. With 7 people the group was nice and small.

(translated) We were a group of about 15 people. The tour guide (Sonja) did a very good job. She speaks German very well and has been able to tell us a lot. We received in-ear headphones and were able to follow Sonja well. We had hoped for more from the trip on the Neva. Only drove briefly past the Aurora tank cruiser and then straight back onto one of the many side arms of the river, where there wasn't much to see. But all in all it was well organized, the pick-up from the ship worked well.

(translated) The tour itself was very good, only the schedule was too tight, we would have liked to have had 1 'more time, and needed it.

(translated) We were a much larger group than promised in the description (24 people instead of max. 15). The guide was 20 minutes late. It was competent in terms of content, but paid very little attention to the needs of the group, but always ran ahead, even though we included had a man in a wheelchair. The promised lunch break of one hour was completely canceled because we were delayed due to a traffic jam. The compilation of the program could also be reconsidered, instead of two crowded churches in a row, maybe a brief impression of the city center. Overall rushed tour with far too many participants in extreme heat (but nobody can do anything for that). Very good bus driver! The boat trip was the most relaxed part of the trip.

(translated) Hello Tina,
Thank you for your feedback on your shore excursion in St. Petersburg. We are very sorry that this was not to your satisfaction. We would like to apologize to you for this. We are happy to take up your criticisms and discuss them with our local agency. In addition, we will no longer book the said tour guide for our excursions in the future. In this context, we would also like to correct that we do not promise our customers a maximum number of participants in advance. The average value of our excursions is between 8 and 12 participants. The actual group size is often below this value - just as the groups in very popular ports like St. Petersburg can also grow larger. In any case, we strive to keep the size in a pleasant frame. So that we can react as quickly as possible if the service should not be to your satisfaction, please contact us personally next time.
